    Payments by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro/Bancontact or Ideal are accepted.

    Please contact your bank for more information.

  4. How can I receive an invoice for the purchase of my tickets?

    Do you want an invoice for the tickets you have purchased for a particular show? Please contact customer services with the date of purchase, details of the purchase made, and the name of the person who made the order. Don’t forget to mention your invoice details.

  5. Payment options

    Tickets can be paid online immediately after selecting the event/concert and seats of your choice. Online payments are administered by Ingenico.

  6. Was my payment successful?

    A confirmation email will be sent upon payment. Please check your spam folder in case you don't receive any mail. If you haven't received any confirmation email, contact our customer service via tickets@elisabethcenter.be.

  7. When do I secure my seats?

    Online payment follows immediately upon booking your tickets. Online payments are administered by Ingenico.

  8. I need an invoice.

Seats

  1. How do I book a seat as a wheelchair-user?

    The Elisabeth Center welcomes weelchair-users. Please let us know on tickets@elisabethcenter.be when you are coming and our team will assist you to your easily accessible position.

  2. Can I choose my preferred seat?

    Yes. You can select your preferred seat after you have selected the event or concert of your choice.

Booking

  1. How to book.

    How does it work?

    Step 1: Select the event of your choice and choose your preferred seat.
    Step 2: Fill in your personal details.
    Step 3: Pay your tickets on our secured platform. Easy and safe.
    Step 4: Print out* your tickets.

    *In order to print out your tickets, you need Adobe Reader which you can download here if needed.

  2. How do I track the status of my booking?

    Log into your account, click on 'My profile > History and overview'.

  3. How do I change my booking?

    The booking is definitive and cannot be changed once it had been confirmed and the tickets are paid.

  4. How can I cancel my booking?

    The booking is definitive and cannot be changed once it had been confirmed and the tickets are paid. Sold tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
